摘要:针对传统测力轮对有线测量系统不便于安装、数据传输干扰大、需要大量布线等缺点,采用NanoPAN5375
无线射频收发模块和STM32系列嵌入式单片机设计并实现了一套测力轮对无线传输系统,系统主要由控制及数
据采集模块和无线收发模块组成。重点讨论了系统硬件实现和相关的软件编程,实际应用表明,该系统达到技术
方案要求,可应用于测力轮对的高速数据采集和其他无线高速数据采集。

Abstract:The conventional wire measurement system is inconvenient to install,the data transmission
is easily to be disturbed,.and the wiring is difficult.Considering these disadvantages,we use
NanoPAN5375 wireless RF module and STM 32 single chip to design and manufacture a wireless
measurement system. The system is mainly composed of data acquisition module and wireless
transmission module.This article discusses the hardware design and the software program of the
system.The experimental results indicate that the system can meet the technical requirements,
and can be used to the data acquisition of measuring wheelset and other high——speed data acquisi-—
tion system.
